Works for both heating and cooling

Very pleasantly surprised by the cooling ability of this device. I don’t know if it would last longer than a couple of hours with continuous use, because it does consume the battery rather quickly in cooling mode. Have not had a chance to try the feature where you can charge during use. The cooling feature comes on fairly quickly and delivers a definite cold feeling to the plates inside the neck band. The cooling can be felt from both the fans and the plates that touch the skin.

amazing neck cooling, sleek and beautiful design

So I picked this up for a summer trip. It was very hot in the hotel that I was staying in, And this kept me pretty cool throughout the night

I don’t live in a super hot climate, however under those conditions it’s works great! It’s cool’s to the point where is almost too cold.
